Rights and obligations relating to vehicle rental are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement and the rental agreement.

These terms may be updated when necessary, with the current version published on this page. The laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus apply to disputes arising from these terms, and TRNC courts have jurisdiction.
